It’s necessary to recognise and accept that there will always be occasions when people will have differences of opinions in terms of values, perceptions, expectations and needs, and this goes for healthcare service users and health professionals as it does for all walks of life. This course provides guidance to effectively deal with such occasions.

You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
